Squire’s Garden Centres in Stanmore are searching Harrow for the perfect Santa to take on a key role in their Christmas Grotto this year.
The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing festive joy to children and families by playing the role of Santa, complete with a signature red velvet coat and white beard (both provided). Santa will work alongside a team of elves, greeting children and handing out gifts.
Ross McEwan, Retail Operations Manager at Squire’s Garden Centres, said: “This Christmas we’re excited to add even more magic to Squire’s Stanmore, with our enchanting Santa’s Grotto experience.
“We’re looking for that special someone who truly captures the spirit of Christmas – someone who can make children’s faces light up as they step into the magical world of Santa’s Grotto at Squire’s Stanmore.
“It’s about bringing joy, wonder, and a sprinkle of Christmas magic to every visit. Squire’s Santa will have the unique opportunity to create lifelong memories, not just for children, but for families too.”
Santa will be required to make appearances from 23 November to 24 December on selected dates, helping to create a memorable experience for every child. As part of the Grotto event, £1 from each ticket will be donated to St Luke’s Hospice, Squire’s charity partner for the year.
“We’re a family business – and an important part of the local community – and want to attract individuals who will enjoy working with us in a friendly, energetic customer-focused environment. At this magical time of year, we’re looking for someone who is patient, great with children, enthusiastic, – and, above all, will really make a difference for our younger visitors!” McEwan added.
Those in Harrow interested in taking on the role of Santa can visit Squire’s website or speak to the Centre Manager for more information.
