Quintain Living, the management company overseeing the rental of over 3,000 apartments in Wembley Park, is highlighting how autumn colours can bring a cosy feel to homes this season.
“Reds, oranges and yellows bring to mind falling autumn leaves and the flickering flames of warming fires – just what interiors need as the weather turns colder and we nest in our homes to prepare for the winter. These colours can add vibrancy and excitement, as well as a sense of comfort, so are ideal for interior design schemes at this time of year,” said Danielle Bayless, Chief Operating Officer at Quintain Living.
Quintain Living is incorporating autumnal themes across its eight developments in Wembley Park, each of which has its own distinctive design.

Canada Gardens is at the forefront of showcasing autumn cosiness in Wembley Park. The development includes seven buildings within an acre of greenery, offering residents a range of amenities. The clubhouse provides a warm space where residents can gather, work, or relax by the fire.
Residents who need a quiet space to work can use Canada Gardens’ heated work-from-home sheds, located among the gardens. The sheds offer a peaceful atmosphere, especially during rainy days.
The Canada Gardens library also reflects the autumnal theme, featuring a plaid carpet, orange armchairs, and dark wood panelling.

Inside the apartments, plaid curtains, leather armchairs, patterned rugs, and natural wood furniture add to the sense of warmth and comfort.
Canada Gardens offers a variety of apartments, from studios to four-bedroom homes, and amenities including a gym, allotments, a roof terrace, outdoor kitchens, and a dog park. The apartments have been co-designed with John Lewis & Partners and Samsung.
