A new restaurant is set to open on Cumberland Court, Princes Drive, opposite Harrow Crown Court in Wealdstone.
The new business, called “Claypot – Kerala Restaurant & Cafe,” will take the place of Crown Café, a fixture in the local community for over 20 years which closed its doors earlier this year.
While there isn’t much information available about the new restaurant yet, it is expected to feature cuisine from Kerala, a region in southern India known for its rich flavours.
Kerala food typically includes a variety of spices, coconut-based dishes, seafood, and vegetarian options.
Kerala food is also often recognised for its use of ingredients like curry leaves, mustard seeds, and coconut oil, which gives it a distinct taste.
More details on the opening and the menu are expected soon so stay tuned to Harrow Online.
