Harrow property prices dipped by 0.2% over the past year, reducing the value of the average home by about £1,000, according to Zoopla’s September 2024 House Price Index.
While Harrow saw this small decline, property prices across the UK experienced an increase, with the national average rising by 1% since September 2023. The typical property in Harrow is now valued at £505,200, nearly double the national average of £267,500.
Although Harrow prices remained stable over the past month, property values have seen a 10.6% increase over the last five years.
