New Look’s Edgware Broadwalk store will host events in November to celebrate its refurbishment, including hidden golden envelopes with £5 gift cards and 50 goody bags for the first customers to make purchases on reopening day.
Customers can also enjoy cupcakes and a Spin to Win wheel in-store.
Jonathan Wynne, Business Development Manager at New Look, said, “Following the successful implementation of an Omnichannel trial within the Manchester region earlier this year, we are now phasing the rollout of a number of key initiatives, starting with the investment in a further 17 stores ahead of the busy Christmas trading period.
The investment will include store refurbishments as well as improved product ranging and omnichannel services, with a focus on our smaller markets which provides a crucial role in connecting our customers, teams, product and services at a local level.”
Refurbishment work includes shop front redecoration, new window displays, internal wall updates, improved lighting, updated footwear departments, and fitting room redecoration.
On 16th November, New Look will host a taxi treasure hunt in Edgware, St Albans, Sudbury, and Braintree. The event will be promoted on social media, with clues directing participants to various locations.
The first person to find the taxi and share a password will win a £200 shopping spree, with five runners-up winning £50 shopping sprees. New Look’s giant shopping bag will distribute promotional items to other shoppers who join in.
The refurbishments and events form part of New Look’s investment in 17 small stores across the UK in November.
