Harrow resident Nina Darmeci, the founder of Ninas Choreography and a licensed Zumba instructor, will be leading a Bollywood-inspired Zumba session to support the British Heart Foundation.
The virtual event is set to take place on Saturday, November 16th.
Nina Darmeci said, “Hello everyone, I’m thrilled to be leading a Bollywood-inspired Zumba session for the British Heart Foundation on Saturday, November 16th! This virtual event is the first of its kind, following the excitement Bollywood brought to the spotlight through Strictly Come Dancing. It’s a perfect way to try something new, get active, and support your heart health!
“Every day, people of all ages and backgrounds live with heart conditions, and this session helps raise crucial funds for the life-saving research the British Heart Foundation conducts to protect our hearts.
“Sign up for just £12, with all proceeds going directly to the charity. If you can’t join live, a recording will be available for you to catch up later.
“Thank you Harrow Online for supporting such a great cause.”
