A local hairdresser from Luke Ormsby Hairdressing in Pinner has been awarded the title of Hair Stylist of the Year at the Salon Awards for London.
Francesca Fabray-Biggenden, who has been in the hairdressing industry for over 10 years, received the award in recognition of her dedication and passion for her work.
The Salon Awards, sponsored by Revlon, are open to hair salons and individuals across the UK and Northern Ireland. Entrants choose their categories, submit an entry form, and provide supporting evidence.
Each entry is judged against others from the same region, in Francesca’s case – London, ensuring a competitive evaluation within their area.

“I am so honoured and proud to have received the title, Hair Stylist of The Year!” said Francesca. “I’ve worked in the hairdressing industry for just over 10 years, and it’s my passion to create amazing hair for my clients every day! Winning this award, especially in a region such as London, came as a shock, but I’m truly grateful to have been awarded Hair Stylist Of The Year!”
She added, “Since working alongside Luke and the team at Luke Ormsby Hairdressing, I’ve had more opportunities to advance my own skills and master my craft, as well as having the opportunity to teach the next generation of talented hairdressers.
“I hope to inspire not only my apprentices within the salon but other hairdressing artists that hard work and mastering your craft pays off!”
