Harrow Borough Football Club has announced a sponsorship deal with Wenzel’s the Bakers.
The local high street bakery will sponsor the club’s first team training kit and match day tracksuits for this and next season. The sponsorship also includes pitch-side and clubhouse advertising at The Rogers Family Stadium.
On the partnership, Founder and Chairman, Peter Wenzel said: “Wenzel’s the Bakers is proud to sponsor Harrow Borough Football Club, an institution that’s been at the heart of the local community for decades. This partnership reflects our deep commitment to supporting local initiatives that bring people together, foster community pride and encourage well-being.
“Harrow Borough’s values of resilience, teamwork and dedication align perfectly with Wenzel’s ethos, making this sponsorship a natural extension of our dedication to serving and supporting the local community.”
“At Wenzel’s we believe in the power of grassroots sports to make a difference. Through this sponsorship, we’re not only cheering from the sidelines, but actively investing in the community we love.
“Being involved in Harrow Borough is an honour and we’re excited to join fans and families alike in celebrating each goal, triumph and moment that brings us together. We look forward to seeing the club build on their strong start to the season.”

Nicolai Collins, the club’s first team goalkeeping coach and a regular Wenzel’s customer, also commented on the partnership.
“Finding sponsorship in Non-League football is challenging enough, but for us to find a sponsor who aligns with the club’s philosophy is fantastic,” he said.
“Everywhere I go in Harrow, I pass a Wenzel’s – a family run business (born and bred) in London. Not only does Wenzel’s have a superb menu, but they have a charming ethos, and with a strong base in North West London they also have a heavy focus on apprenticeships, sustainability and community involvement. Compare all of that to the endless betting company sponsorships of Premier League teams.”
“As a club, our partnership with Wenzel’s is one we are proud of and hopefully there will be opportunities for us to collaborate and use the food-football alliance to support the local community. There’s not any offer a bookmaker could make that would change my mind.”
