A yellow weather warning of rain is in place for Harrow and across London following heavy rainfall brought by ‘Storm Conall’, the third named storm of the season.
The warning, issued by the Met Office, began at 10pm last night (Tuesday) and remains active until 12pm today (Wednesday).
The Met Office has stated that spells of rain, heavy in places, could lead to disruption, particularly during the morning rush hour. The warning covers areas including Kent, Essex, Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, Dorset, and London.
This follows Storm Bert, which impacted the country last week. Residents are advised to prepare for potential travel delays and surface water flooding in some locations.
