The last men’s nature walk of the year, organised by The Man Down Project in partnership with the Public Health Team and Harrow Health Walks, will take place this Sunday, 8th December, at 10am in Pinner Memorial Park.
The walk is part of The Man Down Project’s initiative to challenge stereotypes about men’s mental health, encourage open conversations, and provide safe spaces for men to express their emotions. The project combines walks, talks, and creative activities to promote wellbeing and break down barriers.
There are 13 places available for the walk, which starts at Daisy’s in the Park Café in Pinner Memorial Park and runs until 11:30am.
Details of the walk:
- Date: Sunday, 8th December 2024
- Time: 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM
- Meeting Point: Daisy’s in the Park Café, Pinner Memorial Park, West End Lane, HA5 1AE
