Police are appealing for information to locate Ionut, who is missing from Harrow.
He was last seen at around 10:00am on 10 December near Tottenham Stadium.
Anyone with information is asked to call 101 and quote reference 01/1197735/24.
The appeal was posted by Harrow Police on their social media.
