London Underground
Russell Square Station is closed due to a staff shortage. Tickets are being accepted at stations on either side.
Northern Line is experiencing severe delays.
All other Tube lines, including the Piccadilly Line, are running with a good service.
National Rail
Watford Junction to St Albans Abbey. Trains are replaced by buses until approximately 10:45 AM.
