Passengers travelling on the Central line, Jubilee line, Northern line, and London Overground should expect disruptions this weekend due to planned engineering works. Affected stations, lines and routes closest to Harrow highlighted in bold below.
On the Central line, there will be no service between North Acton and West Ruislip on Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 February due to track work. Passengers are advised to use alternative Tube services or local bus routes. Rail replacement buses will be in operation.
On the Jubilee line, Southwark station will be closed from 11pm on Friday 7 February until the end of Sunday 9 February due to construction work. Trains will not stop at the station, and passengers should use nearby Waterloo station instead.
On the Northern line, there will be no Saturday Night Tube service between Charing Cross and Stockwell from midnight on Sunday 9 February. Limited services will run on other parts of the line, with trains operating between Stockwell and Morden, Charing Cross and Camden Town, and Camden Town to High Barnet and Edgware. Passengers travelling to Stockwell should use the Victoria line, while those heading to Kennington and Oval should use local bus routes from Waterloo or Stockwell. Services are expected to return to normal late Sunday morning.
On the London Overground, there will be multiple disruptions:
- Thursday 6 February: No eastbound service from Willesden Junction to Stratford after 11pm, and no westbound service from Stratford to Camden Road after 11:45pm.
- Saturday 8 February: No service between Camden Road and Stratford. Rail replacement buses will be available.
- Sunday 9 February: No service between Gospel Oak and Stratford. Rail replacement buses will be in operation.
- Monday 10 to Thursday 13 February: No westbound service from Camden Road to Willesden Junction after 11:45pm each night.
- Tuesday 11 to Friday 14 February: No southbound service from Willesden Junction to Shepherd’s Bush until 6:15am each morning.
Passengers are advised to plan ahead, allow extra time for their journeys, and check for updates before travelling.
