Rayners Lane was blocked northbound following an emergency services incident that happened at around 11:00am this morning.
Bus routes H12 and 398 were affected, with diversions in place for around an hour.
A man could be seen ‘on the floor’ near Rayners Lane station according to a member of the public.
Harrow Online have contacted the Metropolitan Police and London Ambulance Service for more information. The nature of the incident is currently unknown.
The road reopened at around 12pm.
