A road in Harrow was blocked after a vandalised ULEZ camera was cut down.
The incident took place near the junction of Clamp Hill in Brookshill, HA7, with the northbound side affected.
Bus route 258 was being diverted via Uxbridge Road, Church Road, Stanmore Hill, The Common, and High Road.
The road was partially closed off since around 9:50pm and reopened at around 11:35pm.
