Parking fines and traffic penalties in Harrow will rise from 7 April 2025, following approval from the London Councils Transport and Environment Committee and the Mayor of London.
The changes mean that penalty charges will increase by £30 across the borough, bringing them in line with other London boroughs.
From April, the new charges will be:
– Higher-level parking fines will rise to £140, reduced to £70 if paid within 14 days.
– Lower-level parking fines will rise to £90, reduced to £45 if paid within 14 days.
– Bus lane and moving traffic fines will increase to £160.
The fines apply across all 32 London boroughs and the City of London.
Fines for the London Lorry Control Scheme will remain unchanged, with operator penalties at £550 and driver penalties at £130.
