Drivers are being warned to expect delays as lane closures begin today (Friday 25 April) on Station Road, near the busy junction with Greenhill Way in Harrow Town Centre.
The roadworks, which will run until Tuesday 29 April, are expected to cause disruption for those travelling between Wealdstone and the town centre, in either direction. Station Road is a key route for local traffic, and the closure of a lane is likely to impact peak-time journeys.
The works are being carried out by Harrow Council as part of planned maintenance. All required permits have been granted and traffic management measures will be in place during the project.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time for their journeys and consider alternative routes where possible to avoid congestion in the area.
