St George’s Centre Manager said: “St. George’s Shopping Centre is proud to launch the ‘Heart of Harrow’ campaign and host this important event to mark Mental Health Awareness Week. We are committed to serving our local community and providing a platform for these vital organisations to connect with residents and raise awareness about mental wellbeing, not only for this campaign but year-round.”

Jade Weir-Reid, Founder and Co-Director, Carib and Co Brunch: “We are happy that St George’s had us in their plans from last year to be part of this amazing opportunity of bringing awareness of mental health. The theme this year is community and we are grateful that St George’s is engaging with the community and shining a spotlight on local charities and non-profit organisations like Carib and Co Brunch who do good in the community. It feels good to be recognised and we thank St. George’s. We will be delivering a mindfulness colouring workshop and a social dancing performance for the whole family on Saturday 17th May from 2pm to 6pm and we can’t wait!”

Vinujah Prabakaran, Service Manager at the Harrow Cove: “It is so important to have people around you who are empathetic and supportive – it is key for recovery. No one should be facing mental health challenges alone, which is why we do what we do at the Harrow Cove. We are looking forward to taking part in Mental Health Awareness Week at St. George’s to share more about what we do with their shoppers and raise awareness of the resources we provide.”
