Vue Harrow is inviting audiences to experience the wonders of the ocean this month as Ocean with David Attenborough hits the big screen.
The documentary, which arrived on 8 May to mark David Attenborough’s 99th birthday, explores the natural history of the oceans and the environmental challenges they face. From coral reefs to deep sea life, the film takes viewers on a global journey through Attenborough’s eyes, reflecting on decades of discovery and change.
David Attenborough, one of Britain’s most respected broadcasters, has spent his life documenting the natural world. In this latest film, he turns his attention to the oceans, combining new footage with stories from his career to highlight both the beauty and fragility of marine ecosystems.
Alongside the documentary, Vue Harrow will also be screening Holding Back the Years: 40 Years of Simply Red, Live in Santiago on 15 May. The concert film celebrates the band’s four-decade career and is presented in 4K.

Looking ahead to next month, theatre fans can see the National Theatre’s production of A Streetcar Named Desire on 5 June, starring Gillian Anderson, Vanessa Kirby and Ben Foster.
James Kinsella, General Manager at Vue Harrow, said: “We’re excited to bring a diverse range of incredible moments to the big screen this May. From the year’s biggest musical performances to breathtaking cinematography of our own planet, there’s no shortage of reasons to visit Vue this month.”
