Sambal Express in South Harrow has been awarded the highest possible food hygiene rating following a recent inspection.
The takeaway, located at 253 Northolt Road, received a rating of 5 out of 5 – classed as “very good” – after a food safety officer visited the premises on 2 April 2025.
Inspectors found all areas to be in good condition, including hygienic food handling, cleanliness and the condition of the facilities, and effective management of food safety, with proper checks and staff knowledge in place.
Sambal Express is part of a chain, with additional branches in Rayners Lane and Kingsbury.
