A long-standing café in Harrow town centre has closed its doors for good after 16 years of serving the local community.
Harry’s Café, located in Havelock Place just off St Anns Road, permanently closed on Tuesday 20 May 2025. The popular spot was known for its breakfasts, burgers, sandwiches and omelettes.
A notice placed in the window of the café reads: “It is with regret that we inform you that Harry’s Cafe will permanently close on Tuesday 20th May, 2025. For 16 years, we have had the pleasure of serving this wonderful community, and are truly thankful for your loyalty and support.
“Thank you once again for being part of our journey. With appreciation, Harry’s Cafe.”

The closure has come as a surprise to many regulars, with several local residents sharing memories of the café on social media since the sign went up.
Harry’s Café had become a fixture in the town centre, particularly for those looking for a meal just minutes away from St Anns Shopping Centre and Katie’s Statue. We wish the owners all the best for the future.
