An illegal car meet is believed to have taken place on Saturday night at the Old Dairy retail park in South Ruislip, drawing a large crowd of supercar owners and spectators.
According to eyewitness reports sent to Harrow Online, several high-performance vehicles were seen gathering at the site before carrying out burnouts, loud engine revving and dangerous driving – all common behaviour at these unauthorised meets. Police arrived swiftly at the scene to break up the gathering.
There was also a collision involving a moped rider around the same time, although it is not currently known if this incident was connected.
A spokesperson for Met Police told Harrow Online, “Police were called to Old Dairy Lane in Ruislip at 22:58hrs on Saturday, 31 May following multiple reports of anti-social behaviour and careless driving in the area.
“Officers attended and the vehicles dispersed by 23:27hrs. No further related incidents were reported.”
