Wenzel’s, the popular family-run bakery with branches across Harrow, is offering a free Strawberry Cheesecake Donut to anyone named Greg or Gail from this Friday, 20 June.
The week-long offer celebrates the launch of the bakery’s new summer menu, which features a mix of fresh items inspired by current food trends and customer favourites.
The move is a playful nod to high street competitors, while highlighting Wenzel’s commitment to offering handmade, great-value baked goods.
New items include twists on classic pastries, sweet treats inspired by online trends, and updates to some of the bakery’s best sellers.
Sarah Wenzel, CEO of Wenzel’s, said: “At Wenzel’s, we’re always looking to stay ahead of the curve by keeping our range in tune with what our customers want using our tried & tested baking methods, which we’ve perfected across the course of our 50-year history.
“From responding to the Dubai Chocolate social media craze, to introducing classic pastries with a twist such as the Bacon and Cheese croissant, these new items are all about putting a smile on people’s faces with moreish ingredients and flavours.”
“Innovation has always been at the heart of what we do so we can’t wait to hear what customers think – particularly all of the Gregs and Gails out there!”
The offer runs in all Wenzel’s stores for one week only and ID must be shown to claim the free donuts.
