A man was arrested in the early hours of this morning after reportedly carrying a large bladed knife and a metal pole on Wealdstone High Street.
The alleged incident has raised concern locally after a post appeared in the Harrow Online Group yesterday afternoon saying: “Is anyone aware of a man in Harrow Weald area that has threatened to randomly stab 2 different women?.”
The arrest happened at around 2am this morning, Saturday June 21, near The Clocktower in High Street.
It is not yet confirmed if the two incidents are linked.
Harrow Online has contacted the Metropolitan Police for more information. This story will be updated as soon as further details are available.
