Drivers are being warned to expect delays in North Harrow as major works get underway on Station Road and Parkside Way.
Cadent Gas is upgrading gas pipes along the route, and this will be followed by Harrow Council’s junction improvement works. The combined project is set to run from 30 June to 1 August.
Temporary two-way traffic lights will be in place throughout the works. In addition, junctions will be closed at Southfield Park (Station Road end) and Kingsfield Avenue (Parkside Way end).
Harrow Council has advised residents and motorists to plan ahead and use alternative routes where possible to avoid disruption.
