In honour of breast cancer awareness, Scalp2Face, based in Stanmore, are offering free areola restoration for 50 breast cancer survivors.
Pam Bal, the co-founder of Scal2Face, specialises in various semi-permanent cosmetic treatments, including microblading, scar camouflage, and scalp tattooing.
Areola reconstruction is a treatment that helps rebuild confidence and a sense of wholeness after a mastectomy, supporting emotional well-being post-surgery.
Using her ITEC and VTCT qualifications, Pam is able to reconstruct the areola and nipple, creating a natural and symmetrical appearance – completely free of charge.

Pam said: “I myself am a breast cancer survivor. I know how important it is for a woman to get her confidence back.
“For me it is a healing journey, as well as the breast cancer survivor.
“This is my way of thanking the NHS and anyone that has helped me through my journey.”
The treatment is also available to those who have undergone gender reassignment surgery or those looking to restore their image after having breast enhancement or reduction surgery.
