The final category for this year’s Harrow Online Awards has been announced today: Best Youth Football Club, proudly sponsored by Everest Abercorn.
Voting for this category with the full list of nominees will open tomorrow, Friday 4 July, and will run for one week. All voting will take place exclusively in the Harrow Online Facebook Group, where residents can show their support for their favourite clubs.
A spokesperson for Everest Abercorn said: “We’re thrilled to sponsor the Best Youth Football Club award at the Harrow Online Awards 2025. At Everest Abercorn, we deeply value the dedication, teamwork and drive these young athletes display both on and off the pitch. It’s an honour to recognise and celebrate their passion for football – investing in youth sport isn’t just about today’s game, it’s about inspiring the leaders of tomorrow.”

Founder of Harrow Online Chris Mitchell added: “There are so many fantastic grassroots football clubs in Harrow, and this one is going to be very hard to choose just one winner. That’s what makes it so exciting. We can’t wait to see who comes out on top. These organisations do so much for youth engagement and help build a stronger community. It’s important for the borough to celebrate and support them.
“We would also like to thank our sponsor for this category, Everest Abercorn, who have been a fantastic partner and we very much look forward to working with them on this and future projects.”
Everest Abercorn is one of the premier Indian restaurants in Harrow, known for its blend of traditional Indian and Indo-Chinese dishes. It’s a popular spot for family meals, celebrations, and relaxed evenings.
The winner will be announced next week. Keep an eye on Harrow Online for updates and don’t forget to cast your vote.
