British Transport Police (BTP) are investigating two identical robberies at stations in London and have released these images in connection.
A spokesperson for BTP said, “At around 12.10am on Saturday 12 July a man in his thirties was on the northbound Victoria Line platform at Oxford Circus underground station when he was approached by three men who pretended to befriend him before pulling a gold chain from his neck.
“Around 30 minutes later, a man also in his thirties was outside the M&S Simply Food at Euston railway station when he was robbed of his chain by the same three men.
“Both victims tried to get their chains back but reported that they were sprayed with a pepper-spray type substance.
“Officers believe the men in the images may have information which could help their investigation.
“Anyone who recognises them is asked to contact BTP by texting 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference 12 of 12 July.
“Alternatively, you can contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
