Police officers covering Pinner, Pinner South and North Harrow wards have made several key arrests over the past week, tackling burglary and theft offences in the area.
Last week, officers arrested, charged, and remanded a prolific male burglar. The individual pleaded guilty in court and has now been sentenced to 12 weeks in prison.
This week, the team continued their efforts with further arrests. A prolific female offender was arrested for theft, followed just minutes later by a second arrest—this time a person already known to the local team and wanted in connection with a theft from a motor vehicle.
“These arrests highlight the commitment and dedication by your local policing team in Harrow, utilising local knowledge combined with a data driven approach to target the right people and making local communities across Harrow a safer place for all,” a spokesperson said.
