Residents in Harrow Weald have been notified about roadworks due to take place on Long Elmes, between Courtenay Avenue and High Road.
The works are scheduled to begin tomorrow, Monday 4 August, and are expected to take around four days to complete, finishing on Friday 8 August, weather permitting. With rain forecast tomorrow, the start could be delayed.

Work will be carried out between 8am and 5pm each day. It will involve removing the existing road surface, resurfacing with new material, and re-lining once the resurfacing is finished.
Harrow Council said the repairs are part of the borough’s annual patching programme, which aims to maintain and improve local roads.
