Neighbourhood Policing Team officers from Wealdstone Patrol Base have secured a significant result following proactive patrols in north-west London.
While targeting areas known for criminal activity, officers detained an individual who was found to be breaching court-imposed bail conditions. During the arrest, they uncovered a substantial quantity of Class A drugs, along with scales and multiple phones. The suspect was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs.
The arrest forms part of Operation Lapetiss, which focuses on tackling criminality linked to serious violence.
Acting Sergeant Alex Rose said: “This is another excellent proactive result from our officers, we will continue to work towards reducing crime in our area.”
