A property on The Cross Way in Wealdstone has been cordoned off by police this morning, along with part of the park directly next to the house, following a fire.
A spokesperson for Met Police said, “At 03:47hrs on Friday, 5 September officers, the London Ambulance Service and London Fire Brigade responded to reports of someone starting a fire at a residential property on The Cross Way, Wealdstone.
“There were no reported injuries.
“Met police and the London Fire Brigade have launched an investigation. A crime scene has been established at the location. No arrests have been made at this stage.

A London Fire Brigade spokesperson said, “Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters attended a fire on The Cross Way in Harrow.
“The fire occurred in a semi-detached house that has been converted into flats. A ground-floor flat was destroyed by fire. There were no reports of any injuries.
“The Brigade was called at 0350 and Control Officers mobilised crews from Stanmore, Harrow and Northolt fire stations to the scene. The fire was extinguished by 0437.
“The cause of the fire is under investigation.”
