A planning application has been submitted to Harrow Council to redevelop the former Lloyds TSB building on Stanmore Hill.
The notice, dated 18 August 2025, confirms that the building at 1 Stanmore Hill at the junction with Stanmore Broadway, could be converted into new homes if the plans are approved.
The proposal includes two additional floors and internal alterations to create five one-bedroom flats and one studio flat. The scheme also involves changes to the commercial unit on the ground and lower ground floor, with part of the ground floor space being converted from commercial use to residential use.
An application has been received by the London Borough of Harrow, and members of the public can view details and make comments on the council’s planning website.
