British Heart Foundation (BHF) has officially opened its newly relocated shop in Harrow Town Centre.
The store, which opened yesterday (Thursday, 2 October), is now based at 34 St Anns Road – just around the corner from its previous location and directly opposite Marks & Spencer.
The new shop offers a range of clothing, accessories, bric-a-brac, books and entertainment, with more space available for shoppers to browse. It aims to become a key spot for sustainable shopping in the heart of Harrow.
Jennifer Natt, Area Manager at British Heart Foundation, said: “We’re really looking forward to welcoming the Harrow community into our newly relocated shop on St Anns Road. It’s a fantastic space, just a short walk from our previous location, and we’re excited to offer an even wider range of preloved treasures and entertainment.
“The team has been working hard behind the scenes to get everything ready, and we can’t wait to see both familiar and new faces through the doors. By shopping, donating and volunteering with us, you’re helping to fund life-saving research and supporting a more sustainable future.”
The charity is encouraging local residents to support the new store by shopping, donating or volunteering. Donations of quality clothing, shoes, bric-a-brac, books and entertainment are particularly needed to help stock the larger shop.
Customers can also visit the nearby BHF Home Store at 57 St Anns Road, offering even more ways to shop or donate.
British Heart Foundation is also looking for volunteers to join its team, with a range of roles available both on the shop floor and behind the scenes.
