Drivers across Harrow are being warned to expect delays this week, with several sets of roadworks taking place in parts of Harrow, Pinner, Stanmore and Harrow Weald.
According to information from the Causeway One Network, works will be carried out by a mix of companies including Virgin Media, Openreach, Vodafone and Affinity Water.
On Gayton Road in Harrow, Virgin Media are due to start work from 11 to 13 November, with multi-way traffic lights expected to cause some disruption.
In Pinner, a number of key roads are affected this week:
- Eastcote Road will have “give and take” traffic control in place between 11 and 14 November for Openreach works.
- Uxbridge Road is set for maintenance from 11 to 15 November, also by Openreach.
- Moss Lane will see Affinity Water carrying out essential maintenance between 12 and 14 November.
- West End Lane will have similar works taking place from 11 to 14 November, again with Openreach responsible.
In Stanmore, Affinity Water will be working on Langland Crescent from 12 to 14 November, with delays possible due to temporary traffic controls.
Over in Harrow Weald, Elms Road will have two-way signals in place while Vodafone carry out works from 11 to 12 November.
And in North Harrow, Affinity Water are set to complete works on Priory Way between 11 and 17 November, which may also lead to slower traffic in the area.
All of these works are listed as “planned” and due to begin in the next few days.
