Several road closures are set to disrupt drivers in Hillingdon in February with utility works set to be carried out across the borough.
This will see six roads closed, however not all will require diversion routes. The longest closure is set to last for eight days.
Bury Street in Ruislip will be closed from the junction of Ladygate Lane. This is to allow cabling works to be carried out by BT whilst avoiding the likelihood of danger to the public.
No diversion route will be in place, and residents can still access the road. The restriction will be in operation between 8pm and 5am on Monday, February 10 and Tuesday, February 11.
Thorney Mill Lane in West Drayton will be closed between 8am on Monday, February 16 and 5pm on Friday, February 20. This is to prevent any risk to the public whilst SSE carries out utility works.
There will be a diversion route in place via Thorney Mill Road, Thorney Lane South, Thorney Lane North, Iver Lane, High Road, High Street, Station Road, Swan Road, The Green, Mill Road and vice versa.
Pole Hill Road in Uxbridge will be closed from the junction of Charville Lane between 8am on Saturday, February 14, and Sunday, February 22. This is to enable gas replacement works to be carried out, and no diversion route will be in place.
St Peter’s Road in Uxbridge will be closed from the junction of Peachey Lane to the junction of St David Close. This is to allow Cadent Gas to carry out gas works without posing any risk to the public.
The closure will last for three days from 8am on Thursday, February 19 until 5pm on Sunday, February 22. A diversion route will be in place via Church Road, Pield Heath Road, Colham Green Road, Park View Road, Falling Lane, High Road, Moorfield Road and vice versa.
Kingston Lane will be closed from the junction of Pield Heath Road for two days next month. The restriction will be in operation between 8am on Saturday, February 21 until 5pm on Sunday, February 22.
A diversion route will be in place via Hillingdon Hill, Uxbridge Road, Harlington Road, and Pield Heath Road.
The last road closure of the month is in West Drayton. Goulds Green will be closed for three days to allow utility works to be carried out by Affinity Water.
The restriction will be in place from 8am on Monday, February 22, until 5pm on Wednesday, February 25. There will be a diversion route in place via Goulds Green, Dickens Avenue and vice versa.
