Brent Council is considering a planning application to convert a family home in Edgware into a house in multiple occupation (HMO).
The proposal relates to 33 Redhill Drive, Edgware, HA8 5JL, and would change the property from a single dwelling into a five-bedroom HMO for up to six people.
Plans show the house would be reconfigured internally to provide shared living space, with no changes proposed to the outside of the building.
No on-site car parking is included in the plans. Cycle storage and bin storage would be provided at the front of the property.
The application follows an earlier HMO proposal for the same address, which was refused by Brent Council in November 2024.
Neighbours have been notified and can submit comments to Brent Council until 9 February 2026.
