Part of Northolt Road in South Harrow was closed for around half an hour yesterday evening after a car caught fire.
Dramatic images and video sent to Harrow Online show a vehicle on fire at around 6.30pm on Wednesday 12 February, with smoke visible above the busy road.
Emergency services attended and the road was temporarily shut while crews dealt with the blaze.

A spokesperson for London Fire Brigade said, “At 1833 hrs yesterday (12 February), London Fire Brigade received the first of 15 calls to a car alight on Northolt Road in South Harrow.
“Two fire engines from Northolt Fire Station attended the scene and the fire was brought under control by 1842.
“There were no reports of any injuries.”
