Harrow and Wealdstone station remains closed at the front entrance this afternoon after police were called to reports that a man had been stabbed.
Officers and paramedics attended the scene at around 2.13pm today (Friday 20 February). The front entrance to the station is still closed while emergency services continue to deal with the incident.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 2.11pm yesterday (20 February) to reports of a person injured at Harrow and Wealdstone Underground Station in Harrow.
“We sent an ambulance crew and a paramedic in a fast response car to the scene. The first paramedic arrived in around five minutes.
“We treated a patient at the scene and took him to hospital as a priority.”
A spokesperson for British Transport Police said, “Officers were called to Harrow and Wealdstone station at 2.13pm today (20 Feb) following reports that a man had been stabbed. Paramedics also attended and he has been taken to hospital for assessment.
“Anyone who witnessed what happened is asked to contact BTP by texting 61016 quoting log 273 of 20/02/26.”
