Plans have been submitted to turn a house on Eastcote Lane into six self-contained flats.
The outline application is asking the council to approve the scale and layout of the scheme. Other details, such as the final design and access arrangements, would be dealt with later if the outline stage is agreed.
The proposal includes extensions to the front, side, rear and loft of the existing property at 147, Eastcote Lane to create the six flats across three levels.
Four parking spaces are shown within the site.
The application is currently under consideration. Residents can comment on the plans through Harrow Council’s planning portal using reference PL/0426/26.
