Footage shared via Harrow Online shows a brawl breaking out during a Holi celebration held at the former Harrow Civic Centre car park on Station Road.
The footage shows a large group of people involved in a disturbance last night (Tuesday 3 March), with several individuals appearing to push and fight during the event.
Earlier, reports had circulated that a fire had been reported at the Civic Centre at around 9pm. However, the London Fire Brigade has since confirmed the incident was a false alarm.
Police have now confirmed that a 14-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of affray.

Harrow Online has also received a report from a member of the public claiming that a group of people approached the event and began causing disruption. It is alleged bins were thrown and some attendees were harassed before the situation escalated into a fight.
The report also claims that police were called to the scene and that some individuals ran from the area.

A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said: “A 14-year-old boy remains in police custody following an incident in Harrow.
“Police were called to reports of a disturbance at a civic centre in Station Road at around 20:50hrs on Tuesday, 3 March. Police arrived on scene within minutes and arrested the boy on suspicion of affray shortly after 21:00hrs.
“No injuries were reported.”
