Three people have been taken to hospital after a collision involving a car and a moped on Long Elmes in Harrow Weald yesterday evening (14 March).
Emergency services were called to the road at around 5.20pm. The road was closed for around an hour while the incident was dealt with, with bus routes in the area placed on diversion.
Members of the public reported seeing the rider lying on the road while emergency services attended the scene.
A spokesperson for the Met said: “We were called at 17:18hrs on Saturday, 14 March to reports of a collision involving a car and a motorbike in Long Elmes, Harrow.
“Officers responded with paramedics. Two occupants of the car and the motorcyclist were taken to hospital. Their injuries were assessed as not life-threatening or life-changing. There were no arrests.”
