Plans have been submitted to convert a house in North Harrow into a nine-bedroom HMO.
The application, for 87 Pinner View, proposes changing the property from a single dwelling into a large shared house, with bedrooms spread across the ground, first and loft floors.
Documents show the layout would include nine bedrooms, most with en-suite facilities, alongside a main kitchen and dining area and a second smaller kitchen. The plans state there would be no changes to the external appearance of the building, with works focused internally.
Planning documents also confirm there would be no increase in parking, with three spaces remaining in place.
A fire safety statement submitted with the plans says the works involve converting an existing five-bedroom house into a nine-room HMO, adding that: “the current fire safety measures are appropriate and will not be negatively affected by the development”.
The application is currently under consideration, with a decision expected by May.
