Harrow School launches new venues brand and unveils renovated event space

Harrow School has launched a new events brand, Harrow School Venues, as part of a wider push to position itself as a leading destination for high-end events.

The launch took place on 16 April at the historic school in North West London, set within 300 acres of grounds. It also marked the unveiling of a newly renovated venue space, following a five-year project.

Around 120 guests attended the launch, including members of the Harrow School community, industry suppliers, agencies, media representatives and key clients.

The new space includes a roof terrace designed for receptions and a large dining hall below, offering panoramic views across Harrow and Wembley. The school says the development is aimed at hosting premium events, including corporate functions, private celebrations and filming.

Harrow School has been offering venue hire for more than a decade, but the introduction of Harrow School Venues is intended to present a more polished and professional identity to the events industry.

Event organisers will be able to access a range of facilities across the site, including dining halls, theatre spaces, libraries and outdoor areas. Onsite accommodation will also be available at certain times for multi-day events.

The launch also introduced a new catering partnership, with menus created in collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Atul Kochhar. The offering will be delivered by Alida Event Catering, alongside a dedicated team.

Stuart Holley, Sales Director of Alida Event Catering, said: ‘Atul and the Kanishka team bring innovation, authenticity, and exceptional culinary artistry to every dish. As an exclusive offering, Alida Event Catering will be managing events alongside a dedicated Kanishka team of chefs and front of house managers to ensure seamless and beautifully executed events from start to finish’

Catriona Guthrie, Commercial Director of Harrow School Enterprises, said: ‘We are delighted to be collaborating with an exceptional group of partners to launch a new identity for venue hire at Harrow School. Renowned for its rich heritage and spirit of innovation, Harrow School offers a collection of remarkable spaces that reflect and celebrate these enduring qualities. With a long-standing history of hosting events within its buildings, this milestone marks an exciting opportunity to both celebrate and enhance our established offering.

The event was supported by a number of partners, including production, catering, furniture and entertainment suppliers, with guests also given the opportunity to explore the new space and discuss future bookings.

Harrow School said the new brand and venue offering are designed to meet growing demand for event spaces that combine heritage with modern facilities, as it looks to attract both UK and international clients for the 2026 and 2027 seasons.
