A large plot of land in Harrow has been put up for sale, with plans already approved to build dozens of new homes.
The 1.86-acre site, located to the rear of 121–255 Pinner Road, is being marketed for £2,250,000. It sits between West Harrow and Harrow-on-the-Hill, close to transport links and local amenities. The site begins opposite the Tesco Express and just before the railway bridge on The Gardens.
Planning permission has already been granted for a residential development of 37 homes, arranged across three separate blocks. This means any potential buyer could move forward with a housing scheme without needing to secure initial approval.

The site is currently being marketed as a flexible opportunity, with the option for alternative uses such as storage or other commercial purposes, subject to planning.
The land is being sold by David Charles Property Consultants. It is not yet known who will purchase the site or when any development could begin.
