Firefighters were called to South Harrow this morning after a car caught fire near The Shawl pub.
Footage and images sent to Harrow Online showed the vehicle engulfed in flames at the end of Valentine Road, close to its junction with Northolt Road, on Monday, July 20.
Firefighters arrived quickly and extinguished the blaze.
Fire engine sent from Northolt
A spokesperson for London Fire Brigade told Harrow Online: “Firefighters were called to extinguish a car which was alight on Valentine Road at the junction with Northolt Road in South Harrow.
“The Brigade was called at 0958. One fire engine from Northolt Fire Station attended the scene.”
Harrow Online has reported on several vehicle fires in the borough in recent months, including one on Marlborough Hill in April and another on Lime Close in Wealdstone earlier this month.
