A restaurant in Harrow has received the highest possible food hygiene rating after an inspection by Harrow Council officers.
Patel’s Food & Chaat Harrow, based at 367 Station Road in the town centre, opened in June last year and was recently awarded a rating of five out of five.
The score means its hygiene standards were judged to be “very good”.
The restaurant was inspected on July 31, 2025, according to information published by the Food Standards Agency.
Restaurant rated good in all areas
Inspectors rated the business as “good” across all three areas assessed.
These included the hygienic handling of food, the cleanliness and condition of the building and facilities, and the management of food safety.
A rating of five is the highest score available under the Food Hygiene Rating Scheme.
The news comes as dozens of other restaurants across the borough have also been handed new ratings within the last month, which Harrow Online recently reported on.
