A Pakistani restaurant on Wealdstone High Street has been put up for sale with an asking price of £79,999.
Lahori Masala Express, located at 6 High Street, is being marketed as a fully fitted leasehold restaurant close to Harrow & Wealdstone Station.

The business is being sold with its fixtures and fittings included and is described as having a fully equipped kitchen, seating for around 20 customers and an established customer base. It also operates on food delivery platforms including Uber Eats and Deliveroo.
According to the sales listing, the restaurant currently has an estimated weekly turnover of £4,000 to £5,000 and trades daily between 10am and 10pm.
The annual rent is listed at £25,000, with around seven years remaining on the lease, which is renewable. Utility bills are estimated at approximately £700 per month, while the business currently employs two members of staff.
The property is being offered on a leasehold basis for £79,999, although agency fees apply.
The restaurant is based toward the junction with Masons Avenue, opposite the Welcome to Wealdstone mural.
The sale comes just a week after Harrow Online reported that a kebab restaurant on Station Road in Harrow Town Centre had also been put on the market, meaning two food businesses just over a mile apart have gone up for sale within days of each other.
