Thousands of music fans headed to Bushey at last weekend for a major House & Garage Live summer event featuring some of the best-known names from the UK garage scene.
The House & Garage Live – Summer Showcase took over Bushey Grounds on Sunday, 9 August, with six hours of music running from 2pm until 8pm. The over-18s event also featured a separate Sun City VIP Arena.
The line-up included Shola Ama, Elisabeth Troy, MC Kie, Richie Dan and Sweet Female Attitude, alongside a host of DJs, MCs and performers associated with the house and garage scene.
Among those helping to get the event started were two familiar faces from Harrow.
DJ Prit Nasha and Ashley Reid, better known as Tradge Official, from Collective Eventz opened the show and warmed up the crowd, marking another significant appearance for the Harrow-based events duo as they continue to build a following both locally and further afield.

Harrow duo open major Bushey showcase
Collective Eventz was formed by Prit Nasha and Tradge, who have more than 30 years of combined experience in the entertainment industry.
Tradge is a host and garage and grime MC, while Prit Nasha has been DJing since the age of 15, including at weddings and events.
The pair had previously worked together before deciding to join forces and create Collective Eventz, with Harrow remaining an important part of what they do.
Speaking to Harrow Online, Tradge said: “Previously worked together before, and then decided to team up to give back to Harrow, Windsor, Watford, and other festivals up and down the country.”
Their involvement with House & Garage Live came after the pair initially attended one of the events to create content for garage and R&B singer Kele Le Roc.

Tradge said: “So basically, myself and Prit Nasha basically made a nuisance of ourselves by being backstage like little, I don’t know, excited kids being around all the artists.
“We were there to do content for Kele Le Roc and get her behind the scenes and her performance, but due to our personalities sort of caught the attention of all the other artists and the event organisers, who said they wanted to work with us again, and then eventually offered us the opening set for the festival as well as to do content there.”
That relationship ultimately resulted in the pair being invited to open Sunday’s Summer Showcase in front of the thousands attending Bushey Grounds.
Collective Eventz continues to grow
The Bushey appearance follows a growing number of events and bookings for Collective Eventz.
The pair have previously staged garage and throwback nights around Harrow, while Tradge says their work has also taken them into areas including Uxbridge, Windsor and Watford.
Bookings further afield have included Wales and Malta, with Prit Nasha also due to play in Malta in September.
Tradge said: “We have a huge outdoor event which is looking more like a fest that we’re taking to High Wycombe on the 22nd.
“We also have the brunches, which is like a residency at TEN in Ruislip, bringing a naughty bottomless brunch there, which is really good also, which includes games and competitions.”

Despite the brand increasingly appearing outside Harrow, the pair say they intend to keep a strong presence in their home borough.
Collective Eventz was involved in Harrow’s Christmas celebrations last year, which featured UK garage MC DT, and Tradge says they are now looking at making this year’s event “bigger and better”.
He also teased the possibility of another event coming to Harrow during the summer holidays.
“But being Harrow-born boys, there would never not be a time we’re not doing an event in Harrow,” Tradge said.
“Just follow us on the socials and keep updated.”
