Emergency services called
London Ambulance Service confirmed that crews were called to Headstone Lane following reports of an incident.
A spokesperson told Harrow Online: “We were called at 2:30pm today (23 September) to reports of an incident on Headstone Lane, Harrow, HA3.
“We sent an ambulance crew, a paramedic in a fast response car and an incident response officer. We also dispatched London’s Air Ambulance.
“We treated a patient at the scene and took them to a major trauma centre as a priority by road”.

Hatch End High School responds
Hatch End High School told Harrow Online that the incident happened during a Design and Technology lesson.
A spokesperson said: “I can confirm that during a DT lesson today a student became unwell, fell and injured themselves. All the students in the class behaved wonderfully and were very supportive of staff and the student. We expect the student to make a full recovery but it was obviously a little upsetting for the class to see.”
Despite London’s Air Ambulance being dispatched to the scene, the pupil was taken to hospital by road.
